Cancellation Policy
All reservations are fully refundable up until 8 weeks prior to arrival. If it is within 8 weeks of your reservation check in date, the reservation is non refundable. Refunds for any cancellation prior to 8 weeks from arrival will be processed on the coming Monday. This cancellation policy will apply to your reservation unless we have specifically agreed on different terms. If you made a reservation through a booking platform such as airbnb or booking.com. The cancellation policy of that booking platform will be valid and you will need to check with them about the terms and conditions of the policy you booked.
Security Deposit Policy
All security deposits are processed every Monday before 6pm. If you check out on a Monday, your security deposit will be processed the following Monday. Please note if Monday is a bank holiday, your security deposit will be processed Tuesday before 6pm.
Issues With Your Accommodation
If you have any issues upon checking in. You must contact our office and allow us an opportunity to fix the issue. This is important because if you do not give us an opportunity to rectify the issues you have, you will not be entitled to a refund. If the property has a serious issue, such as plumbing, electrical or structural, we will usually be able to get you a free upgrade into a similar or larger property/room in the same area. When we check the issue, usually the next day and find that there is no problem but incompetence on the customers behalf, we will invoice you for the 2nd apartment/room.
If you have a minor issue upon arrival such as a problem with an appliance, cleanliness complaint or wifi issue, we can usually get staff on site within 1-2 hours to sort any problems that may arise. Most problems can be solved with a phone call or message.

Refund Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds for any reason. We can only offer refunds in the form of a credit note which is basically a voucher that you can use again with our company next time you need to book accommodation. If you believe you will finish your reservation early or have a change in dates, make sure to contact us and let us know and we can try help you get some money back in the form of a credit note.
