You will not get your deposit back if anyone in your group breaks one of the house rules :

Brings unregistered person into the property
Makes noise in the common area of the building, inside or outside
Make excessive noise in the house after 10.30 pm
causes us any form of (minor or serious) complaint from a neighbour, another tenant or the police
Check out is 10am. Late check out fee is 40 pound. Please arrange late check out in advance :
10 pound per hour or 3 hours for 20 pound.
